Remark on Data from Apple HealthKit
You have the option to link to HealthKit and share your data with MoreActive App as well as with HealthKit. The Apple Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy then apply to the information you give HealthKit. MoreActive App does not use or transfer the unique information you choose to provide from HealthKit to third parties for marketing or advertising, nor does MoreActive App utilize it for marketing purposes.
Remark regarding Google Health Connect
You have the option to connect to Health Connect and share your data with MoreActive App and Health Connect. Information obtained from Health Connect will be used in accordance with the Health Connect Permissions Policy, which includes the limitations on use.
Data Preservation
For as long as you have an account with us or as long as it takes us to serve you with the Services, we will keep your Personal Data. Additionally, we will keep your personal information for as long as is required to fulfill our legal requirements, settle legal disputes, and uphold our agreements.
We shall remove your Personal Data from our systems if we are no longer required to process it for the reasons specified in this Privacy Policy.
